Robinsons was established in Manchester in the year 1895, it is a private family owned relocation and removals company. It has been a primary provider of high quality moving and storage services internationally and within the UK and Europe for more than a century. Obviously this international movers company also offers overseas removals services. But certainly any business can survive and succeed for centuries without adapting to the changing world and needs of individuals. This company took lots of history before they come up with what they were today.
Robinsons Removals was founded by the present company CEO grandfather – Alfred Robinson. The company remained a family owned international removals and storage business. During the firs half century, all four of the founder’s sons work for this company as directors. This company diversified into new activities and services such as overseas removals services during the late 1960’s. Robinsons was there to meet the needs of abroad removals as the people in Britain were encouraged to start a new life in the commonwealth and migrate to Australia by sea.
